摘  要:
为了探讨采用花香挥发物对大豆鳞翅目害虫进行生态防控的可行性,通过田间诱捕试验比较了常见花香挥发物琼脂胶包结样品的诱捕活性。结果表明,这些样品可以捕获3种夜蛾(银纹夜蛾、白条夜蛾、棉铃虫)和3种螟蛾(玉米螟、甜菜白带螟和豇豆荚螟),数量占优势的种类是甜菜白带螟。其中,对3种夜蛾引诱作用最强的是苯乙醛和乙酸苯甲酯组成的二元混合物,其次是苯乙醛和乙酸苯甲酯单剂。玉米螟成虫主要对二元混合物、苯乙醛和苯乙醇具有趋性。单纯的苯乙醛样品诱捕到的甜菜白带螟数量最多,显著优于苯乙醛和乙酸苯甲酯组成的二元混合物,肉桂醛和苯乙醇对甜菜白带螟也有很强的引诱作用。总体来看,苯乙醛和乙酸苯甲酯以165μL∶335μL混成的二元配方成型于琼脂胶,有望成为大豆田鳞翅目害虫生态治理的一项有潜力的替代性措施。

摘  要:
To develop an effective floral-based attractants for ecologically controlling the major moth pests in Glycine maxfield,the study compared the trapping effect of several common floral voletiles formulated in agaropectin through field trapping experiment.The result showed that these volatiles could catch three noctuid moth species(Argyrogramma agnata,A.albostriata,and Helicoverpa armigera)and three pyralid moth species(Ostrinia furnacalis,Hymenia recurvalis,and Maruca testulalis),in which H.recurvalis was the most abundant species in fall G.max field.Among the volatiles,the binary blend of phenylacetaldehyde and benzyl acetate exhibited the strongest attractiveness to the three noctuid species,followed by the single component used alone.The binary blend,phenylacetaldehyde,and phenylethyl alcohol could catch significant numbers of O.furnacalis moths.However,H.recurvalis moths were caught with the largest number in the traps baited with phenylacetaldehyde alone,which was significantly stronger than the binary blend,and cinnamicaldehyde and phenylethyl alcohol also showed somewhat activity to this species.All together,among the test floral volatiles,a binary blend mixed with phenylacetaldehyde and benzyl acetate(165μL∶335μL)and formulated in agaropectin,could be a promising alternative control measure against multiple co-occurring Lepidopteron pest species.
