干旱条件下外源钙对商洛黄芩生理特性的影响

摘  要:
在用10%PEG-6000模拟干旱的条件下,研究了施加不同浓度(0~30 mmol/L)外源钙(CaCl_2)对商洛黄芩幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:以叶面喷施或根灌的方式施加外源钙能有效改善干旱胁迫下黄芩幼苗的生理指标,提高其抗干旱胁迫的能力;在不同处理中,以叶面喷施10 mmol/L CaCl_2的效果最佳,黄芩幼苗叶片中叶绿素含量比对照提高了35%,过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性分别是对照的1.6倍、2.9倍和1.0倍,游离脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质含量比对照分别提高了40%和19%,丙二醛(MDA)含量比对照下降了47%。

摘  要:
Under the condition of drought stress simulated by using 10% PEG-6000, the author studied the effects of applying different concentrations(0~30 mmol/L) of exogenous calcium(CaCl_2) on the physiological characteristics of Shangluo Scutellaria baicalensis seedlings. The results indicated that applying exogenous calcium through foliage spraying or root-irrigation could effectively improve the physiological indexes of S. baicalensis seedlings under drought stress, and enhance their drought resistance. Among various treatments, the foliar application of 10 mmol/L CaCl_2 had the best effects: in comparison with the control(0 mmol/L CaCl_2), this treatment increased the chlorophyll content in S. baicalensis seedling leaves by 35%, improved the activities of peroxidase(POD), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) by 60%, 190% and 0%, respectively, enhanced the contents of free proline and soluble protein by 40% and 19%, respectively, and reduced the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) by 47%.
