摘要：

为消化利用热电装置副产硫酸铵,通过技改,将硫酸铵添加在磷酸二铵(DAP)装置调节产品养分含量。重点介绍了工艺流程及具体的技改措施,包括重新对袋式除尘器进行选型,以及采用硫酸铵的湿法添加工艺。将硫酸铵添加在磷酸二铵生产系统,不仅保证了磷酸二铵产品养分含量达标,而且降低了生产成本,改造后全年新增经济效益约1 887.94万元。

摘要：

In order to use by-product ammonium sulfate of thermoelectric devices, with the transformation, theammonium sulfate is added to the diammonium phosphate device to adjust the product nutrient content. Theprocess and specific technical measures are mainly introduced, including selecting bag filter again, and adoptingwet process to add ammonium sulfate. By adding ammonium sulfate to the diammonium phosphate productionsystem, the nutrient content in DAP product is up to standard, and the cost is reduced, the economic benefits of18.879 4 million RMB Yuan can be generated per year after transformation.
