基于静力隐式方法的板料成形过程数值模拟

摘  要:
介绍了板料成形静力隐式弹塑性有限元数值模拟的基本理论和接触界面数值模拟技术以及增量过程应力计算的回映技术。基于这些方法开发了静力隐式程序 ,对球形模具拉伸成形过程进行了数值模拟 ,计算结果与文献 [8]的计算结果吻合很好 ,文中给出了板料圆柱形模具成形回弹的数值分析结果

摘  要:
In this paper, the elastic plastic finite element method based on static implicit scheme for the simulation of the forming process of sheet metal was introduced. The numerical technique to simulate contact interface and the radial return method to calculate the stresses in the process of increment deformation were proposed. According to the methods presented in the paper, FEM code for the simulation of sheet metal forming process was developed. The results calculated by the code, which was developed for a rectangular sheet two dimensional stretching with a hemispherical punch, coincide with the typical calculated ones. The springback analytical results of sheet metal forming with cylindrical die were given in the paper.
