柞蚕微粒子病蚕蛋白质组分变化的研究

摘  要:
罹微粒子病柞蚕幼虫血淋巴蛋白质量减少,随着龄期的增进,病症加重,蛋白质在质和量上的变化更为明显。4龄期Lp-s6电泳带R值,病蚕小于健蚕;病蚕缺少Lp-m9、Lp-f14电泳带; Lp-f16电泳带,病蚕蛋白质量高于健蚕。血淋巴蛋白质组分的变化,是微粒子原虫在蚕体内寄生与增殖所致。

摘  要:
The polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis analyses of the blood protein were carried out in Chinese Tusser Qing 6 silkworms that suffered from pebrine. The following results were obtained: The amounts of blood protein decreased in silkworms affected with pebrine, and with the ages increased, the symptoms became more obvious and the qualities and quantities of protein changed. 4th instar: Rf values of Lp-s6 band of diseased silkworms were lower than those of healthy silkworms; The diseased silkworms lack Lp-m9, Lp-fl4, and Lp-f16 band. The protein amount in diseased silkworm is higher than that in healthy silkworm. The composition change of blood protein is caused by pebrine protozoa parasitism and multiplication.
