基于气压劈裂法的气动深松模拟试验

摘 要:
气动深松是向耕地犁底层中注入高压气体,使犁底层土壤内部形成裂隙从而打破犁底层,实现土壤深松。为此,基于气压劈裂法进行了气动深松模拟试验,选取喷气压力和深松深度作为试验因素,以土壤坚实度降低率和土面抬升量作为评价指标,研究土壤在高压气体作用下产生的深松作业效果。试验结果表明:喷气压力的增加可以提高土面抬升量和土壤坚实度降低率,且对降低土壤坚实度的作用效果更为明显;深松深度与气动深松效果密切相关,土壤坚实度降低率和土面抬升量随着深松深度的增大而减小。研究表明:气动深松可以高效地打破犁底层,达到较好的土壤深松效果。

摘 要:
During the air-pressure subsoiling,high-pressure air was injected into the plow pan to result in plenty of cracks in the interior of the plow pan,which can break the plow pan and achieve deep soil loosening. In this paper,model experiment of air-pressure subsoiling was conducted based on air-pressure cracking method. We selected the air pressure and depth as the experimental factors,and used the hardness reduction rate and the soil surface uplift value as evaluation indicators to study the effect of deep loosening of soil under high pressure gas. Main results obtained were as follows: the soil surface uplift value and the hardness reduction rate increased with the increase of the air pressure,and the effect on reducing the soil hardness was more obvious; the depth was closely related to the effect,the hardness reduction rate and the soil surface uplift value decreased with increasing depth. The experiment results can show that the air-pressure subsoiling can effectively break the plow pan and achieve a good soil deep loosening effect.
