基于45° Mecanum轮矩形越障底盘的设计

摘  要:
底盘使用45°Mecanum轮的结构实现了在有限空间内有障碍地面上四轮着地流畅全向行驶。通过对底盘稳定性结构的设计、车架结构的轻量化设计、控制电路的设计以及最高车速的合理调控,成功设计并制造出了稳定灵活快速的矩形越障底盘。经过实车测试,结果显示该底盘性能达到预期目标,满足设计要求。

摘  要:
The chassis uses a 45° Mecanum wheel structure to achieve four-wheeled smooth omnidirectional driving on obstacles in a limited space. Through design of chassis stability structure, lightweight design of frame structure, design of control circuit, and reasonable control of the maximum vehicle speed, we successfully designed and manufactured a stable, flexible and rapid rectangular obstacle-free chassis. After actual vehicle testing, the results show that the chassis performance meets the expected goals and the design requirements.
