新疆野生油菜芥酸含量的遗传分析

摘  要:
通过新疆野生油菜高、低芥酸杂交组合正反交F1、F2、回交一代及相应的杂交亲本种子中芥酸的测定,分析了新疆野生油菜芥酸的遗传。结果表明,新疆野生油菜芥酸含量受两对加性基因控制,每个芥酸基因控制的芥酸量为5%左右。

摘  要:
Erucic acid contents in seeds of ten populations( P1 , P2, F1, RF1, F2, RF2, B1, RB1, B2 and RB2) from the cross between two genotypes of erucic acid(high and low) in Xingjiang wild rapeseed were studied. Results showed that erucic acid content of seed oil in Xingjiang wild rapeseed was controlled by the genotrpe of embryo, and inheritance of erucic acid content was governed by two pairs of genes with additive effect, and that each allele contributed approximately 5% erucic acid to seed oil.
