大丽花组织培养技术研究

摘  要:
开展了大丽花组织培养技术的研究,经过近2年系统的试验研究,取得了理想的结果。研究表明,大丽花在诱芽阶段以培养基MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L诱导芽体分化最适宜;增殖阶段以培养基MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 1 mg/L增殖效果最佳;生根阶段以培养基1/2MS+NAA 1 mg/L+琼脂4 mg/L+蔗糖20 mg/L生根效果最佳。

摘  要:
The tissue culture techniques of Dahlia pinnata Cav. were studied,and the ideal result was achieved, after nearly two years of systematic experiments. The results showed that the culture medium MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L was the optimum for germination of Dahlia pinnata Cav. in the process of decoy;and the culture medium MS +6-BA 2mg/L +NAA 1 mg/L was the optimum for proliferation of Dahlia pinnata Cav.; and the culture medium 1/2MS+ NAA 1 mg/L+AGAR 4 mg/L+ sucrose 20 mg/L was the optimum for strike root of Dahlia pinnata Cav..
