摘 要:
目的:分析体检人群血清镁水平及其与血脂水平的关系。方法:采集2009年青岛某体检中心健康体检者的血样16 260份(男性8 602人,女性7 658人,年龄在18—99岁之间,平均年龄55.64岁)。进行血清镁、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的检测,并采用Pearson相关分析进行血清镁与脂代谢指标的相关性分析。结果:受检人群血清镁平均含量为0.95 mmol/L;各个年龄组在不同性别之间血清镁水平无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。男、女性受检者不同年龄组之间血清镁随着年龄的增加而增加;男性40岁以下年龄组水平最低,71岁以上人群水平最高(P均<0.05);女性55岁以下两组较低,而71岁以上组水平最高(P均<0.05)。血脂水平分析显示,56岁及以上的男性体检人群平均TG水平均明显低于55岁以下的低龄人群(P均<0.05),而女性的TG水平随年龄增长逐渐升高(P<0.05);TC水平分析显示,56岁及以上女性体检人群TC水平明显高于55岁以下的低龄人群(P均<0.05),而71岁以上老年男性人群TC水平则明显低于70岁以下人群(P均<0.05);HDL-C水平分析,男性的平均水平为1.33 mmol/L,各年龄组之间无明显差异(P>0.05);而女性为1.52 mmol/L,但71岁以上女性人群则有明显下降(P均<0.05);LDL-C水平分析显示,男性人群LDL-C平均水平为2.90 mmol/L,70岁以下年龄组人群平均水平为2.78 mmol/L,明显低于71岁以上年龄人群;而56岁以上女性人群LDL-C水平明显低于55岁以下低龄人群(P均<0.05)。结论:体检人群血清镁含量随着年龄的增高而增加,血清镁水平与TG、TC和LDL-C呈正相关;不同年龄和性别血脂水平变化较大,而女性人群HDL-C水平明显高于男性,相关机制有待进一步研究。

摘 要:
[Objective]To investigate the correlation between serum magnesium and lipid levels in physical examination individuals.[Method]Totally 16 260 blood samples( 8 602 males and 7 658 females,18—99 year old and the average age were 55. 64) were collected from a medical center in Qingdao in 2009 to analysis the serum magnesium,triglyceride( TG),total cholesterol( TC),low-density lipoprotein( LDL-C),and High-density lipoprotein( HDL-C). Pearson correlation linear regression was used for statistic analysis.[Result]The average serum magnesium concentration was 0. 95 mmol/L,and there were no significant differences between males and females( P > 0. 05) among different age groups. With the age increasing,the serum magnesium was rising in both gender. In male,below 40 year was the lowest,while ≥71 years group was the highest( all P < 0. 05); in female,the two groups below 55 years were lower than the others, while ≥71 years group was the highest( all P < 0. 05). Serum lipid analysis showed that TG at over the age of 56 were significantly lower than the young people below the age of 55 in male( all P < 0. 05); otherwise,gradually increased with age in female( P < 0. 05). TC level analysis showed that above 56 years old the concentration of TC were significantly higher than young people below the age of 55 in female( all P < 0. 05); while the TC in ≥71 years group was significantly less than the other groups( all P < 0. 05). Analysis of HDL-C indicated that the average level was 1. 33 mmol/L in male,and there was no significant difference among all age groups( p > 0. 05); while the average level was 1. 52 mmol/L in female,but ≥71 years group was decreased significantly in female( all P < 0. 05). Analysis of LDL-C showed that the average LDL-C level was 2. 90 mmol/L in male,and the average level of ≤70 years groups was 2. 78 mmol/L, which was significantly lower than ≥71 years group; while LDL-C levels were significantly lower in ≥56 years groups than ≤55 years groups( all P <0. 05). Serum magnesium has positive correlation with levels of TG( r =0. 033),TC( r =0. 038),and LDL( r =0. 044)( all P < 0. 05),except HDL( r = 0. 000,P > 0. 05).[Conclusion]Serum magnesium was increased with age; serum magnesium has positive correlation with TG,TC and LDL-C; there were large change about serum lipid in different age and gender,and the HDL-C levels were significantly higher in female than male,of which the mechanisms need to be studied further.
