对孝感特产地理标志知识产权保护的思考

摘  要：
介绍了孝感市传统名优特产的地理标志保护现状,并提出了保护建议:①加强传统特产资源地理标志保护的申报;②收集和整理与传统特产相关的非物质文化遗产;③实施传统特产的地理标志与非物质文化遗产双重保护;④建立各种地理标志特产的国家质量标准;⑤鼓励使用各种地理标志专用标志,整合与培育名优特产品牌;⑥加强地理标志特产的产业扶贫开发。

摘  要：
The geographical indication protection of the specialty resources in Xiaogan city was introduced,and some suggestions to protect the geographical indications were proposed: ①To strengthen the declaration of geographical indication.②To collect and arrange the intangible cultural heritage of the traditional products.③To combine the protection of the geographical indications with safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage of the traditional specialty.④To establish national quality standards of the various geographic products.⑤To encourage the use of all special signs of geographical indication,cultivate the specialty brand.⑥To strengthen the poverty alleviation of geographic indication on specialty industry.
