国内渔业装备科研机构专利分析与对策研究

摘  要:
为分析国内渔业装备科研机构的专利发展现状和科技创新能力,以中国水产科学研究院渔业机械仪器研究所为例,使用PatSnap平台和文献计量法,分析了专利申请类型、申请趋势、国际专利申请情况、专利合作情况、技术领域、法律状态和重点专利等指标。结果表明,该研究所主要专利类型为发明专利,专利申请量增长迅速,但国际专利申请较少,有效专利占比不高;主要通过与其他高校或科研院所进行专利合作,其次是企业;专利优势集中在工业化养殖工程、渔业生态工程、渔业船舶工程、渔业捕捞工程、海上养殖工程、水产品加工工程、渔业船舶装备质量评价、渔业装备信息技术等领域。针对当前存在的问题,提出加强产学研协同创新、稳步推进国际合作、提高专利存活率和技术转化率等对策及建议。

摘  要:
The objective is to analyze the status of patent development and technical innovation capability of China's fishery equipment research institutes. Taking Fishery Machinery and Instrument Research Institute,Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences as an example, using PatSnap platform and the method of bibliometrics,we analyzed the patent types, patent application quantity, foreign patent application, patent cooperation ability,patent technology fields, legal status and key patents. The results show that the main patent type is invention patent, and the number of patent applications has grown rapidly in the institute. However, foreign patent applications are less and the proportion of valid patents is not high. Besides, patent cooperation is mainly through other universities or research institutes, followed by enterprises. The patent advantages focus on industrial aquaculture engineering, fishery ecological engineering, fishing vessel engineering, marine fishing engineering, marine aquaculture engineering, aquatic product processing engineering, standardization and quality evaluation of fishery equipment, fishery equipment information technology. In view of current problems,we suggest that the institute should strengthen collaborative innovation and international cooperation, and improve the survival rate as well as the conversion rate of patents.
