两种联合用药方法治疗真菌性角膜炎的疗效观察

摘  要：
目的:比较两种联合用药方法治疗真菌性角膜炎的效果,最大限度减少并发症。方法:将真菌性角膜炎病人132例(132眼)随机分为两组,即治疗组和对照组各66例。两组病例均使用利福平滴眼液及氟康唑滴眼液,治疗组联合使用两性霉素B滴眼液;对照组联合使用两性霉素B脂质体滴眼液。结果:治疗组有效率95.5%,对照组有效率66.7%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两性霉素B滴眼液联合使用利福平滴眼液、氟康唑滴眼液治疗真菌性角膜炎效果显著。

摘  要：
Objective:To compare the effectiveness of two methods of combination therapy for fungal keratitis,and to minimize the complications.Methods:132cases(132eyes)of fungal keratitis were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group.Two groups of patients were used of rifampicin eye drops and fluconazole eye drops and group in combination with amphotericin B eye drops in treatment;control group combined use of amphotericin B liposome eye drops.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 95.5%,the control group was 66.7%,and the curative effects of two groups were compared with statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusions:The therapeutic effect of rifampicin eye drops,fluconazole eye drops and compound amphotericinB eye drops on fungal keratitis is significant,and it is worth popularizing in basic hospital.
