发展酿造高粱,推进名酒名醋产业升级

摘  要:
基于山西省转型跨越发展、推动名酒名醋产业升级的需要,分析了发展种植传统酿造业原料——酿造高粱的迫切性,且针对性提出发展酿造高粱、推进名酒名醋产业升级的建议:政府推动,实施名酒名醋战略;市场拉动,稳定高粱种植面积;项目支撑,解决高粱产业关键。从而实现酿造高粱的规模化种植,助推名酒名醋产业快速升级。

摘  要:
In favourable conditions of the transformation development in Shanxi province,and the need to promote the upgrading of vintage wine and vinegar,we analyzed the urgency to develop planting of traditional brewing raw materials brewing sorghum,and gave the pertinently suggestions: government promoting the implementation of vintage wine and vinegar strategy;driving by the market demands,stabilizing the planting area of sorghum;supported by the project,solving the key issues of sorghum industry,to achieve large scale sorghum planting,and to boost high speed upgrading of the industry of vintage wine and vinegar.
