桂枝汤片剂的制备工艺

摘  要:
为使桂枝汤加工成片剂,提高其利用价值,以桂枝汤为主要原料,运用正交试验优化辅料配比。结果表明:确定桂枝汤片辅料的最佳最配方为微晶纤维素14g、70%乙醇70mL、硬脂酸镁0.175g、交联聚维酮2.1g,制得的素片片重0.12g,并对桂枝汤片进行了质量检查。表明桂枝汤片工艺稳定,质量可控。

摘  要:
In order to make Guizhi decoction into tablets and improve its utilization value,taking Guizhi decoction as main raw material for tablet preparation,the proportion of auxiliary materials was optimized through orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimal prescription for the Guizhi decoction tablet was determined as followed:microcrystalline cellulose 14g;70% ethanol,70mL;magnesium stearate,0.175g;PPVP,2.1g; The weight of plain tablet was 0.12g.Inspection of quality was carried out for the Guizhi decoction tablet,according to the test,the preparation technology for Guizhi decoction tablet was stable and the quality was controllable.
