摘  要：
This paper elaborates new knowledge, new thoughts and countermeasures of the agricultural structure adjustment in new situation and puts forward four main steps to speed up the agricultural resources' optimistic disposition and the agricultural structures' strategic adjustment: the first is to fully develop the regional comparative advantages; the second is to pay attention to the construction of ecology and environment; the third is to do well in increasing farmers′ income and the last is to construct the experimental and demonstration region for sustainable and efficient utilize agricultural resources. On the other hand, the author deems that agricultural resources and regional planning system should be strengthened in its regional function and self construction.
