我国食用菌产品出口结构与产能过剩态势研究

摘  要:
近年来,我国食用菌产业发展不断加快,我国政府围绕着食用菌产业发展出台了各种政策措施,极大释放了食用菌产业的发展潜力,食用菌产业总体规模显著提升,不仅满足了国内食用菌消费需求,而且还有一定数量的食用菌产品用来出口,对于提升我国外贸水平,增强国际市场竞争力起到了一定的作用。从宏观层面看,我国食用菌产品出口上还是以初级产品为主,产品的竞争力及附加值较低,同时,我国食用菌及系列产品在出口上较为集中,很容易受到市场波动的影响,也容易诱发产能过剩问题的出现,不利于我国食用菌产业的发展进步。通过对食用菌出口结构进行了分析,并对产能过剩进行了研究,对于新形势下食用菌产业发展具有重要意义。

In recent years, the development of China's edible fungi industry has been accelerating. The government has issued various policies and measures around the development of the edible fungi industry, which has greatly released the development potential of the edible fungi industry. The overall scale of the edible fungi industry has been significantly improved, which not only meets the domestic consumption demand of edible fungi, but also has a certain number of edible fungi products for export, which is conducive to the improvement of China's foreign consumption The level of trade has played a certain role in enhancing the competitiveness of the international market. From the macro level, the export of edible fungi products in China is mainly primary products, with low competitiveness and added value. At the same time, the export of edible fungi and its series of products is relatively concentrated, which is easily affected by market fluctuations, and also prone to the emergence of overcapacity, which is not conducive to the development and progress of edible fungi industry in China. This paper mainly analyzes the export structure of edible fungi and studies the overcapacity, which is of great significance to the development of edible fungi industry in the new situation.
