反相高效液相色谱法测定1,3-环己二酮

摘  要:
采用高效液相色谱法,使用XDB-C_(18)柱和紫外检测器,对试样进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,1,3-环己二酮的线性相关系数为0.999 9,变异系数为0.48%,平均回收率为99.94%。实验证明,在所采用的色谱条件下,1,3-环己二酮以烯醇式结构存在,增加流动相的酸度,能有效改善1,3-环己二酮色谱峰的对称性。

摘  要:
The quantitative analytical method for cyclohexane-1,3-dione was described by RP-HPLC, using XDB-C_(18) column and UV detector. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the coefficient of variation was 0. 48 %, and the average recovery was 99. 94 %. Cyclohexane-1,3-dione was enolic under the chromatographic conditions in this paper, and the peak symmetry of cyclohexane-1,3-dione could be improved by increasing the acidity of mobile phase.
