摘 要:
分析了药用昆虫钩臀蚁蛉的挥发性成分,为其药效成分的研究和开发利用提供基础.方法:以钩臀蚁蛉幼虫作为实验材料,采用顶空固相微萃取结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术(HS-SPME-GC-MS)对其挥发性成分进行分析,通过面积归一化法计算各挥发性成分的含量.结果:从钩臀蚁蛉中共检出28种挥发性成分,鉴定出24种,占总峰面积的97.349%,包括烯烃、醇类、酯类、胺类等各类化合物.其中相对百分含量较高的有间二甲氨基苯甲酸(22.98%)、桉叶油醇(9.971%)、4-萜烯醇(8.004%)、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酸乙酯(7.926%)、β-石竹烯(7.050%)、左旋龙脑(6.092%)等.结论:钩臀蚁蛉幼虫含有多种具有生物活性的挥发性成分,为其药效成分的深入研究和药用昆虫资源的开发利用提供了一定的依据.

摘 要:
This article studies the chemical composition of volatile component in Myrmeleon bore(Tjeder,1941)and provides scientific basis for its exploitation and utilization.Methods:The volatile components from of the larva were extracted and analyzed by headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC-MS),and the relative percentage content of each component was calculated by chromatographic peak area normalization method.Results:28 kinds of volatile components were isolated and 24 kinds were identified,which could be divided into types of alkanes,alcohols,esters,amines and so on.The relative content of Benzoic acid,3-(dimethylamino)-(22.98%)was the highest in Myrmeleon bore(Tjeder,1941),followed by Eucalyptol(9.971%),Terpinen-4-ol(8.004%),Ethyl-2,4,6-trimethylbenzoate(7.926%),Caryophyllene(7.050%),L(-)-Borneol(6.092%),respectively.Conclusion:In summary,the volatile component in Myrmeleon bore(Tjeder,1941)which have a variety of pharmacological activities.The results provided a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of the medicinal insect resources.
