摘  要:
以1978-2008年全国和各省农机总动力面板数据为依据,通过空间自相关、局部空间自相关和统计分析得出结论:①中国农机发展水平总体处于中级阶段,但发展势头迅猛,预计到2015年全国农业机械总动力将达到233 170.250 7万kW;②区域农机化水平和发展速度差异显著;③研究时段内农机总动力内部结构变化明显,主要表现为小型柴油机动力的显著增加和农用排灌柴油机比例的显著减少。主成分归因分析表明:经济发展水平、自然状况、国家政策、配套措施和农民文化程度等是导致农机总动力时空差异的主要原因,从而为国家制定农业政策提供科学依据。

摘  要:
After statistical analysis and spatial autocorrelation analysis,based on the panel data of national and provincial agricultural machinery total power from 1978 to 2008,the conclusions are shown that: ①the overall level of Chinese agricultural development is in the intermediate stage.However,with the rapid development of the momentum,the national agricultural machinery total power will reach 233170.2507 million kilowatts by 2015;②agricultural machinery total power's internal structure changed significantly,in the study period(from 1978 to 2008 year),mainly for small diesel power increased significantly and diesel engines reduced significantly in the ratio;③regional agricultural mechanization level differ significantly.Principal component analysis shows that the level of economic development,natural conditions,national policies,support measures and the level of farmer's education are the main impact factors.Scientific agricultural policy was thus been provided for the Nation.
