摘 要：
应用救必应注射液对实验动物的急性毒性实验研究 ,来确定其有无毒副作用 .以每天分别应用 0 .1 ,0 .2 ,0 .3mL/ 1 0 g的剂量腹腔注射小白鼠 ,连续应用 7d ,并于第 3,5 ,7d时检查动物的体重、血液学指标以及病理学观察 .结果表明 ,救必应注射液对动物的生理活动、组织器官等有一定的影响 ,证明救必应注射液有毒副作用

摘 要：
The experiment with Jiubingying acute toxicity to the experiment animal,in order to confirm if it have side effect.Abdominal inject small white rat with the dosage 0.1,0.2,0.3ml/10g seven days,one time everyday,and check up the avoirdupois,haematology index and pathology variety.The results showed,it have infection to the physiologic and histiocyte,apparatus of animal,and Jiubiying have side effect.
