摘  要：
农村中小企业发展助推乡村振兴战略,主要有落实农民安居乐业,实现农村脱贫致富和促进农业改革创新的作用.尽管目前湖南及全国的农村中小企业发展势头良好,可依然存在从业人员管理水平与法律意识有待提高、缺乏发展后续投入资金、生产经营者合法权益缺乏有效保护等极待解决的问题.因此,建议今后应进一步增强促进农村中小企业发展的意识、提高农村中小企业人才水平、加强财政与金融政策支持力度和优化企业发展环境.

摘  要：
The development of small and medium-sized enterprises in rural areas plays an important role in the strategic promoting of rural revitalization: to implement the peasants' living and working in peace and contentment; to get rid of poverty and become rich in the countryside; to promote agricultural reform and innovation. Despite the good development momentum of rural small and medium-sized enterprises in Hunan and the whole country, there are still some problems to be solved, such as the improvement of management levels and legal awareness of employees, the lack of follow-up investment funds for development, and the lack of effective protection for the legitimate rights and interests of producers and operators. Therefore, it is suggested a stronger government awareness of promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in rural areas, higher talent levels of small and medium-sized enterprises in rural areas, and bigger fiscal and financial policies supports; at the same time, the development environment of enterprises should be further optimized.
