云南烤烟主产烟区烟叶化学成分比较分析

摘  要:
对云南6个主产烟区、3个等级共计164个烤烟样本的主要化学成分进行了分析和评价,并与津巴布韦烤烟品质相比较。结果表明:云南6个主产烟区烟叶的水溶性总糖、还原糖含量明显偏高,总氮、烟碱和氯离子含量适宜,蛋白质、挥发酸、石油醚提取物总量、钾离子偏低;云南6个主产烟区烟叶的经验指标两糖差值、钾氯比值大小适宜,糖碱比值偏高,氮碱比值偏低;云南6个主产烟区烟叶中总烟碱、蛋白质、挥发碱、石油醚提取物总量和两糖差值与津巴布韦烟叶接近,水溶性总糖、还原糖含量和糖碱比值、钾氯比值均高于津巴布韦烟叶,总氮、挥发酸和钾离子、氯离子含量以及氮碱比值均小于津巴布韦烟叶。

摘  要:
The main components of 164 samples of flue-cured tobacco with three grates in 6 chief tobacco-growing areas of Yunan Province were analyzed and evaluated.Compared with chemical components of flue-cured tobacco from Zimbabwe,the content of water-soluble total sugar and reduced sugar were higher obviously,the content of total nitrogen,nicotine and Cl-1 were moderated and the content of protein,volatile acid,total extraction of petroleum ether were lower.The difference values between the content of total sugar and reduced sugar and the ratio of K/Cl were moderated,the ratio of sugar/alkali was higher, and the ratio of N/ alkali was lower.The content of total nicotine,protein,volatile alkali,total extraction of petroleum ether and the difference value between the content of total sugar and reduced sugar in flue-cured tobacco from the 6 tobacco-growing areas of Yunnan Province were nearer to that of flue-cured tobacco from Zimbabwe,the content of water-soluble total sugar,reduced sugar,and the ratio of sugar/alkali and K/Cl were higher than that from Zimbabwe and the content of total N,volatile acid,K1,Cl-1 and the ratio of N/ alkali were lower than that from Zimbabwe.
