鸡贫血病毒感染鸡细胞凋亡研究

摘  要：
用TUNEL法检测了1 日龄SPF雏鸡感染鸡贫血病毒(CAV)后胸腺和骨髓细胞的凋亡情况。结果,接种CAV 后6、10、20 d,骨髓细胞的凋亡率分别达51% 、52% 、57% ;接种后6 d,胸腺细胞凋亡率为53% ,比对照鸡胸腺和骨髓细胞的凋亡率明显升高( P< 0.01)。用流式细胞仪对胸腺细胞悬液所作的细胞凋亡分析结果与TUNEL法检测结果一致。

摘  要：
Apoptosis was detected by TUNEL technique in bone marrow and thymus of chickens infected with chicken anemia virus at one day old. The results indicated that at 6, 10 and 20 d Pi, the percentages of apoptotic cells in bone marrow were 51%, 52% and 57% respectively; and at 6 d Pi, the percentage of apoptotic cells in thymus was 53%, which were all significantly increase as compared with those in control chickens (P<0.01). Flow cytometry after PI staining of thymocytes revealed a similar result in a number of apoptotic cells with those obtained by TUNEL detection.
