丹参总丹酚酸水提工艺的优化及其丹皮对丹酚酸溶出效率的影响

摘  要:
以丹参总丹酚酸的提取率为研究对象,首先采用正交试验设计对丹参的水提工艺进行优选,再运用最佳的提取工艺,研究丹参-丹皮不同配伍比例对丹参总丹酚酸溶出效率的影响。实验结果表明,通过实验得出丹参的最佳水提取工艺为提取时间为1.5 h,料液比为40∶1,浸泡时间60 min,当丹参-丹皮的最佳配伍比例为2∶1时,丹参总丹酚酸的溶出效率最高,达到7.2%。

摘  要:
To optimize the water-extraction process of radix salvia miltiorrhizae and investigate the effect of different Compatibilities of radix salvia miltiorrhizae and cortex moutan to total salvianolic acid dissolution efficiency,the optimal water-extraction process conditions were obtained based on the extraction efficiency of total salvianolic acid by using orthogonal design,the effect of different compatibilities of radix salvia miltiorrhizae and cortex moutan to total salvianolic acid dissolution efficiency was investigated by taking the optimal water-extraction process conditions. The result showed that the optimal water-extraction process conditions obtained by experiments were as follows: extract time was 1. 5 h,herb-water ratio was 40∶ 1,soakage time was 60 min. Extraction rate of total salvianolic acid was up to 7. 2% with highest efficiency when the compatibility proportion of radix salvia miltiorrhizae and cortex moutan was 2∶ 1.
