活性炭-微生物对土壤中1,2,4-三氯苯的吸附降解

摘  要:
将能够以1,2,4-三氯苯(1,2,4-TCB)为唯一碳源的混合菌固着在活性炭上,考查其对土壤中1,2,4-TCB的降解效果以及活性炭对土壤中1,2,4-TCB的吸附特性。在温度30℃、土壤中1,2,4-TCB浓度为5~9.6μg·g-1、椰壳活性炭粒径1 mm以下、固着微生物的活性炭投加量为0.4 g的条件下,用Freundlich模型和Langmuir模型对固着微生物的活性炭吸附降解土壤中1,2,4-TCB的吸附等温线进行拟合;同时分别利用膜传质模型、颗粒间的扩散模型、准一级动力学模型和准二级动力学模型拟合了固着微生物的活性炭对土壤中1,2,4-TCB的吸附动力学过程。结果发现:活性炭-微生物23 d内对1,2,4-TCB的降解率可达48.1%,对土壤中1,2,4-TCB的最大吸附量为0.215 mg·g-1。结果表明:活性炭-微生物系统对土壤中1,2,4-TCB的降解效果优于活性炭和游离微生物;Langmuir吸附模型能更好地描述该系统下的吸附过程;活性炭对土壤中1,2,4-TCB的吸附过程比较符合准二级动力学模型;土壤中1,2,4-TCB在活性炭上的吸附可能存在表面吸附和活性炭孔隙填充的共同作用。

摘  要:
1,2,4-trichlorobenzene(1,2,4-TCB)has been used for a solvent,a degreaser,a lubricant and a chemical intermediate,thus causing environmental pollution.This paper was aimed to evaluate the degradability and adsorption of 1,2,4-TCB by mixed bacteria fixed on activated carbon in soil.The mixture of bacteria uses 1,2,4-TCB as the sole carbon source.The experimental conditions were 30 ℃ of temperature,5-9.6 μg·g-1of 1,2,4-TCB,and 0.4 g of coconut-shell activated carbon(<1 mm).During 23 days,the degradation of 1,2,4-TCB by the activated carbon-bacteria was up to 48.1% and the maximum adsorption capacity of 1,2,4-TCB was 0.215 mg·g-1.The degradability of1,2,4-TCB in soil was greater under activated carbon-bacteria than under activated carbon alone.Langmuir adsorption model described the adsorption process very well.The adsorption kinetics of 1,2,4-TCB by activated carbon-bacteria was best fitted to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.Surface adsorption and pore filling of activated carbon might be two main processes of 1,2,4-TCB adsorption by activated carbon-bacteria.
