珍稀濒危植物太行花光合日变化特征研究

摘  要:
利用Li-6400便携式光合作用系统测定了夏季太行花叶叶片光合日变化特征,并采用相关分析和逐步回归法,探讨了太行花叶片净光合速率(Pn)与其它生态因子的关系。结果表明:华北平原地区7月份中午至下午的高温与强光明显抑制了太行花的叶片净光合速率,此时气孔限制增加,气孔导度下降,光能利用率较低,蒸腾作用加强,说明太行花具有阴生植物和不耐高温,性喜冷凉的特点。太行花Pn是多种因子综合作用的结果,其回归方程为:P_n=-44.868+0.954X_1+0.195X_2+0.120X_3+0.001X_4(其中X_1为气孔导度,X_2为蒸腾速率,X_3为大气CO_2浓度,X_4为光合有效辐射)。

摘  要:
The photosynthesis diurnal variation characteristics of Taihangia rupestris introduced from Taihang Mountain were investigated by Li-6400 portable photosynthesis tester in summer.The relations between net photosynthetic rate (Pn)of Taihangia rupestris and other ecological factors were studied by correlation analysis and stepwise regression in the paper.The results showed that the higher temperature and higher PAR from noon till afternoon in July in the plain region of north China was significantly inhibited Pn of Taihangia rupestris,accompany with stomatic limitation increasing,stomatic conductance and light utilization rate decreasing,and transpiration strengthening.Above all results reflects Taihangia rupestris had charateristic of shade plant and was adapted to cool climate and don't resist to high temperature.The Pn of Taihangia rupestris was affected by many factors,the regression equations was listed below: Pn=-44.868+0.954X_1+0.195 X_2+0.120 X_3+0.001 X_4(X_1 for stomatal conductance,X_2 for transpiration rate,the X_3 for atmospheric CO_2 concentration and X_4 for photosynthetic available radiation).
