白马骨扦插繁殖技术优化试验

摘  要:
采用正交试验法,研究插穗类型、扦插基质、GA_3浓度及处理时间等因素对生根率、平均根长、平均生根数以及生根质量的影响,对白马骨进行扦插繁殖技术优化。结果表明,各处理对白马骨扦插繁殖生根质量的影响表现为插穗类型>扦插基质>GA_3浓度>处理时间。当插穗为白马骨带叶茎段、扦插基质为红黄壤、GA_3浓度为100 mg/L、处理时间为6 h时,白马骨扦插的生根质量最佳。

摘  要:
By using orthogonal test,the optimal test of Serissa serissoides cutting propagation technology was carried out by researching the influences of cutting type,cutting matrix,GA_3 concentration and treatment time on rooting rate,average root length,average rooting number and rooting quality.The results showed that the effect of each treatment on rooting quality of S. serissoides was as follow:cuttings>cutting substrate>GA_3 concentration>treatment time.The rooting quality of S. serissoides cuttings was best when the cuttings were leaf and stem segments,cutting medium was red and yellow soil,the GA_3 concentration was 100 mg/L and the treatment time was 6 h.
