增加中西部地区农民收入的对策思考

摘  要：
中西部地区农民收入明显低于全国平均水平,导致这一问题出现的主要原因是农民就业不充分、现行体制的缺陷、农业生产条件差和投入水平低、农业结构不甚合理等,应通过深化农村体制改革、加大政府财政支持力度、推进农业结构调整和转移农村剩余劳动力等措施解决中西部地区农民增收问题。

摘  要：
The income of farmers living at the mid-west region of China is obviously lower than that of the averaged national level.The major reasons are insufficient employment of farmers,defect of existing system,poor agriculture production conditions,lower investment level and unreasonable agriculture structure,etc.Measures should be taken to strengthen the reformation of rural system,to enforce Financial Support by the government,to promote the adjustment of agriculture structure and to transfer the surplus labor in rural areas so as to solve the problem of increasing the income of farmers living at the mid-west region of China.
