四川省主要农产品比较优势分析

摘  要：
【目的】开展四川省主要农产品比较优势分析为四川省优势农产品的生产、结构调整和产业布局提供理论依据。【方法】运用综合比较优势指数法,对2009~2011年四川省主要农产品规模、效率、综合比较优势指数进行分析,同时分析四川省优势农产品内部、外部比较优势,探讨近年来四川省主要优势农产品的现状、发展趋势及在全国的竞争优势。【结果】四川省优势农产品为油菜籽、薯类、茶叶、烟叶和水稻。从趋势特点来看,2009~2011年四川省主要优势农产品的综合优势指数呈上升趋势的为薯类、烟叶和水稻,呈下降趋势的为油菜籽和茶叶。规模优势指数呈上升趋势的为烟叶和水稻,规模优势指数基本不变的为薯类,规模优势指数呈下降趋势的为茶叶和油菜籽。效率优势指数呈上升趋势的为薯类,呈下降趋势的为茶叶、烟叶、油菜籽和水稻。【建议】应提高油菜籽、薯类、茶叶、烟叶和水稻的种植技术和科技水平,提高其综合效率。同时,结合发展实际调整优势农产品范围,倾力打造精品优势农产品,统筹规划精品农产品的区域新布局,以提升四川省优势农产品的国内外市场竞争力。

摘  要：
【Objective】This study was aimed to provide references for the production, structural adjustment and industrial layout of Sichuan advantage agricultural products. 【Method】Using the comparative advantage index method,the scale and efficiency of Sichuan major agricultural products during 2009-2011 were analyzed and internal and external comparative advantages were discussed. Finally, the status, trends and competitive advantage of major agricultural products in Sichuan were researched. 【Result】The dominant agricultural products of Sichuan were rapeseed, potato, tea, tobacco and rice. According to trend characteristics, potato, tobacco and rice showed upward trends, while rapeseed and tea exhibited downward trends during 2009-2011. The upward trends of the index of scale advantages of major agricultural products in Sichuan were tobacco and rice, while rapeseed and tea showed a downward trend, and the scale advantages index for potato were basically unchanged. The upward trends of the efficiency advantage index major agricultural products in Sichuan were potato and rice, while rapeseed, tobacco and tea showed a downward trend. 【Suggestion】The planting techniques and technological level of rapeseed, potato, tea, tobacco and rice should be improved to enhance its overall efficiency. Meanwhile, with the development of competitive agricultural actual adjustment range, importance should be attached to developing competitive agricultural products and comprehensively planning the new layout of an area for major agricultural products in order to strengthen the market competitiveness of Sichuan agricultural products at home and abroad.
