摘 要:
百叶蔷薇是国际著名的油用玫瑰种质,而出油率较高的国产玫瑰种质虽抗寒性强,但香气品质与百叶蔷薇存在差距。为探究二者香气品质差异的成因,生产香气品质符合国际玫瑰精油市场需求的产品,分别萃取丰花玫瑰和百叶蔷薇不同部位的内源芳香成分,应用GC-MS分析芳香成分种类及含量的差异。结果表明,丰花玫瑰和百叶蔷薇花瓣均具有典型的玫瑰香味,且主要成分组成和含量差异不显著;二者雄蕊的芳香成分差异明显,其中,丰花玫瑰雄蕊香气成分主要为丁香酚和甲基丁香酚,不具有典型玫瑰香味。与百叶蔷薇相比,丰花玫瑰香气品质浓烈偏干、不柔和,芳香特征与其雄蕊中含有的大量辛香成分关系密切。

Rosa centifolia is one of the most famous oil rose in the world, but the germplasm of domestic rose with high oil yield has strong cold resistance, its aroma is not as good as Rosa centifolia. To explore the causes of the difference about aromatic character between them, and produce products whose rose aroma conforms to the international market demand of essential oil, in this study, the endogenous aromatic components of different parts were extracted from Rosa rugosa 'Fenghua' and Rosa centifolia, respectively, GC-MS was used to analyze the difference of their composition and content. The results showed that the petal of Rosa rugosa 'Fenghua' and Rosa centifolia had typical rose fragrance, and there was no obvious difference on main components and contents. On the contrary, the aromatic components of stamen in them had significant difference, eugenol and methyleugenol were primary components of stamen in Rosa rugosa'Fenghua', which characters did not have typical rose fragrance. Compared with Rosa centifolia, aroma of Rosa rugosa 'Fenghua' is strong, dry and not soft, its characteristics are closely connected with a large number of spicy components in stamen.
