摘  要：
林业是生态环境的主体,发展林业可以促进生态环境改善,为人类社会发展提供生态环境保障,所以发展林业是促进人与自然和谐的关键,是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。为此,加快林业建设必须处理好五种关系,发展林业重点工程,同时在加快发展林业进程中要进一步深化改革,为全面构建"民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处"的社会做出新贡献。

摘  要：
The forestry is the main body of ecological environment,forestry development may promote the ecological environment and provide ecological environment safeguard for human society,therefore forestry development could promote the harmonization between human and nature,is important constituent in constructing harmonious society.Therefore,speeding up the forestry construction have to deal with five kinds of relations,the key forestry project,should be developed,simultaneously the forestry should be reformed further to make the new contribution to comprehensively configuring society of democracy,government by law,faith,friendliness,full of the energy,stabilization,harmonization of human and nature.'
