大豆与土壤中胺鲜酯和甲哌鎓的残留分析

摘  要:
[目的]建立同时分析大豆及土壤中胺鲜酯和甲哌鎓的方法。[方法]样品经甲醇-水提取,PSA固相萃取净化,超高效液相色谱-质谱/质谱测定,外标法定量。建立了大豆及土壤中共同提取胺鲜酯和甲哌鎓残留量的液相色谱-质谱/质谱测定方法。[结果]胺鲜酯和甲哌鎓在大豆及土壤中的最低检测质量分数分别为0.005、0.02 mg/kg;最小检出量2.5×10-11、1.0×10-10g;大豆中添加回收率分别为91.4%~93.3%、83.9%~89.9%;土壤中添加回收率分别为82.5%~93.6%、76.2%~92.8%。[结论]建立的方法准确、精密、灵敏度高,能够满足农药残留分析要求。

摘  要:
[aims] The method of determination diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and mepiquat chloride residue in the soybean and soil has not been reported,so the aim is to research and establish the analytical method of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and mepiquat chloride residue.[Methods] samples were extracted with methanol and water,cleaned up by PsA solid-phase column,determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry,and quantified by the external standard method.A method for determination of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and mepiquat chloride residues in soybean and soil was established based on ultra performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(UPlc-ms/ms).[Results] The minimum detectable concentration of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and mepiquat chloride in soybean and soil were 0.005,0.02 mg/kg;and the minimum detectable amount was 2.5×10-11,1.0×10-10 g.The recoveries of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and mepiquat chloride in the soybean were 91.4-93.3%,83.9-89.9%,and were 82.5-93.6%,76.292.8% in the soil,respectively.[Conclusions] The established method is accurate,precise and high sensitivity and meets with the requirements of pesticide residue analysis.
