摘 要：
The following literature discusses a new technology of abstracting and purifying mannitol from seaweed by using supper-filtering film made of hollow fibers.After the use of this method,we can get rid of such impurities as alginic sugary gum and low-molecular alginate.A new device designed by the author of this text has proved a good effeciency in the produc-tion.The mannitol gets much better in quality,with only $ 103RMB/ton,increased in the production cost,but the higher quality of mannitol can make it more competitive in the market home and abroad.
