鸭、鹅卵黄免疫球蛋白提取的比较研究

摘  要:
以氯仿抽提法提纯鸭、鹅卵黄免疫球蛋白,免疫电泳分析纯度,SDS-PAGE分析成分和含量并将二者进行比较,以琼脂扩散测定二者间及其与鸡IgY、猪IgG、牛IgG、鼠IgG间抗原性交叉情况。结果表明:鸭、鹅卵黄免疫球蛋白均由IgY和IgY(△Fc)组成,二者IgY和IgY(△Fc)的含量比分别为3∶1和12∶1;鸭、鹅卵黄免疫球蛋白间较二者与鸡IgY间抗原性交叉低。

摘  要:
We extracted duck and goose immunoglobulins from yolk by modified chloroform method,and certificated and compared their purity,analyzed their composition and contents,and analyzed and compared their antigenic crossreaction with each other and with chicken IgY,bovine IgG,mice IgG and porcine IgG by immunoelectrophorysis,SDS-PAGE and double ager dilution assay,respectively. The results showed that duck and goose immunoglobulins extracted from yolk are composed of IgY and IgY(△Fc),and their ratio is 3∶1 and 12∶1,respectively;duck and goose immunoglobulins extracted from yolk have no antigenic crossreaction with bovine IgG,mice IgG and porcine IgG,but compared to crussreaction with chicken IgY,antigenic crossreaction between each other is weaker.
