摘  要:
【目的】明确新疆本地枣大球蚧捕食性天敌的种类,为保护利用自然天敌控制枣大球蚧提供依据。【方法】通过SCAR标记技术,利用枣大球蚧的特异性引物,对捕食性天敌肠道内枣大球蚧DNA残体进行检测,确定枣大球蚧捕食性天敌的种类。【结果】新疆阿克苏地区枣大球蚧捕食天敌种类组成,枣大球蚧的捕食性天敌涵盖3个目,6个科,有10种。包括红环瓢虫Rodolia limbata Motschulsky、孪斑唇瓢虫Chilocorus gem inuszaslavskij、多异瓢虫Adonia variegata(Goeze)、十三星瓢虫Hippodamia tredecimpunctata、冠突花蟹蛛Xysticus cristatus、合古卷叶蛛Consecuta、细小皿蛛Microlinyphia pusilla、三突花蛛Misumenopos tricuspidata、日本方头甲Cybocephalus niponieus和丽草蛉Chrysopa formosa(Brauer)。【结论】运用SCAR分子标记的方法可以有效检测枣大球蚧捕食性天敌种类。首次检测到多异瓢虫Adonia variegata(Goeze)、十三星瓢虫Hippodamia tredecimpunctata、冠突花蟹蛛Xysticus cristatus、三突花蛛Misumenopos tricuspidata。

摘  要:
【Objective】To make clear the native predators species of Eulecanium gigantean in Xinjiang,then control its spread and damage in orchards and other crops.【Method】Through SCAR marker technology,the jujube scale insects specific primers were used to detect the resides of the intestine jujube big ball Kuwana DNA of the predators,thus determining the date of predators species.【Result】The initial identification of Aksu Prefecture made clear the Xinjiang Eulecanium gigantean predators prey species composition,and Eulecanium gigantean predator covered three categories,six families,10 species,which included Rodolia limbata Motschulsky,Chilocorus gem inuszaslavskij,Adonia variegata( Goeze),Hippodamia tredecimpunctata,Xysticus cristatus,Consecuta,Microlinyphia pusilla,Misumenops tricuspidatus,Cybocephalus niponieus and green lacewing larvae Chrysopa larva. 【Conclusion】Using the method of SCAR molecular markers was effective monitoring of natural enemy species,but there were four species that hadn't been reported,which were Adoniavariegata( Goeze),Hippodamia tredecimpunctata,Xysticus cristatus and Misumenopos tricuspidata.
