无障碍设施现状调查与思考

摘 要：
通过最新的数据可知,目前我国人口涉及残疾人数量合计约在8500余万人,涉及的家庭人口数量估计约为2.6亿.然而,这些仅仅是真实数据的一部分,严格意义上来说,我国每10人里就可能有1人算作是残疾人,可是在日常的活动中却很难看见残疾人的身影,根本原因为残障者不被人们接纳.直接原因为无障碍环境,包括制度和设施,不够完善.根本原因需要教育体系的从小培养以及国民素质的提高来解决,而直接原因是直接关系到有障碍人士的切身利益.加之我国人口老龄化加速,因此,无障碍通道的完善成为亟待解决的问题.

摘 要：
Through the latest data, it can be seen that the total number of disabled people involved in China's population is about 85 million, and the number of families involved is estimated to be about 260 million. However, these are only part of the real data, strictly speaking, one out of every ten people in China may be considered disabled, but why is it difficult to see them in daily life activities? The root cause is people with disabilities are not accepted. Direct cause is Barrier-free environment, including systems and facilities, is not perfect. The root cause needs to be solved by the cultivation of the education system from an early age and the improvement of national quality, and the direct cause is directly related to the vital interests of people with disabilities. Coupled with the acceleration of the aging of Chinese population, the improvement of barrier-free access has become an urgent problem to be solved.
