摘 要：
农业机械推广鉴定制度始于1983年。目前,是否通过推广鉴定已成为农民选购先进可靠安全适用农业机械产品的重要依据,也是农业机械购置补贴的条件之一,相关信息被社会各方关注。设计开发的农业机械推广鉴定信息管理系统(以下简称"系统"),搭建了全国农业机械推广鉴定信息公开查询平台、部级农业机械推广鉴定申报、部级农业机械推广鉴定项目管理等模块,实现了企业网上申报、总站在线管理、省站数据上报、政府统计分析、公众信息查询等功能,将信息化技术与农业机械推广鉴定工作有机结合,在"互联网+农业机械推广鉴定"方面做出了新尝试,为农机化公共服务能力的提升做出了有益探索。

摘 要：
Identification system of agricultural machinery promotion began in 1983 and the related information is widespread concerned.Whether or not pass identification has become the important basis for farmers to choose advanced,reliable,safety and applicable agricultural machinery products,and also become basic qualifications of the subsidy for purchasing agricultural machinery.A system(information management system for identifying agricultural machinery promotion)was developed,including the national information publicity and query platform for identifying agricultural machinery promotion,the ministerial declaration module for promotion and the ministerial project management module.Multiple functions were achieved such as ministerial online declaration for enterprises,ministerial online management,uploading provincial data,governmental statistical analysis and public information inquiry.Information technology and identification for agricultural machinery promotion were organic combined;a new attempt was made in the aspect of"Internet+identification for agricultural machinery promotion"which made a beneficial exploration for agricultural mechanization public service ability.
