三种数学模型在小麦慢叶锈抗病性研究中的应用

摘  要:
将1983年、1984年田间小麦慢叶锈病和快叶锈病以及高抗品种上小麦叶锈病的病情调查数据,分别用逻辑斯谛方程(Logistic Equation)、冈珀茨方程(Gompertz Equation)和病害发展曲线下面积(Area Under Diseaec Paocess Curve,AUDPC)三种数学模型转换为r值,K值和A值。统计结果表明,三个参数均能反映出品种间抗病性的差异,其中r值变量随最小,K值居中,A值变量值最大并能减小年份间的差异。本文提出AUDPC更适合应用于小麦慢叶锈抗病性的研究。

摘  要:
The data of slow-and fast-rusting and high-resistant wheat culti-vars investigated in the field during 1983-1984 were transformed into r, k and A value by models of Logistic equation, Gompertz equation and Area Under Disease Process Curve (AUDPC) respectively. The atatistical results showed that all the three parameters could reflect the difference between rust-resistances of wheat cultivars. Among the three values the r is the smallest, and A is the largest which decreased the difference between years.The AUDPC was suggested in this treatment to be more adaptable for research into wheat slow-rusting resistance.
