我国农业三产融合沿革及其现实意义

摘  要：
我国农村三产融合发展历经了农工商联合经营、农业产业化经营和农村一二三产业融合发展等三个历史阶段.进入新的历史时期,三产融合发展产生了新的特点:市场形态发生了变化,有形市场和无形市场并存;现代信息技术快速发展,促进了一二三产业融合;三产融合发展模式趋于多样化;利益联结机制和产业链价值分配方式发生变化;农业开放力度加大,也促进三产融合发展.当前,农村三产融合依然存在着农业与二三产业融合程度不高,规模小、行业分散、龙头企业带动能力弱,农产品营销水平和农村电子商务、农村物流发展滞后等问题,制约了一二三产业融合增值空间.为此,关键是要调动市场的力量,做强第一产业,充分发挥市场力量培育农产品加工业,加强"互联网+三农"基础设施建设,把更多的产业增值留在农村.

摘  要：
The development of fusion of three industries in China has gone through three historical stages: the agricultural industrialization and industry,the industrialization of agriculture and the fusion of three industries. In the new historical period,the development of the integration of the three industries has produced new characteristics: the market pattern has changed,the online market coexists with the offline market; the information technology has promoted the integration of the three industries; the development mode of the fusion of three industries tends to be diversified; the mechanism of interest linkage and the way of value distribution in the industrial chain have taken place. Agriculture opening to the outside world also promotes the integration of the three industries. At present,the fusion of three industries still have some problems,such as low degree of integration,small scale,scattered industries,weak driving ability of leading enterprises,lagging development of agricultural market,rural e-commerce and rural logistics,which restrict the value-added of agriculture. To this end,the key is to mobilize the strength of the market,strengthen the agriculture industry,utilizing the market function to cultivate the processing industry of agricultural products,strengthen the construction of " Internet plus three rural" infrastructure,and leave more added values in the countryside.
