低温胁迫对野牛草细胞膜和保护酶活性的影响

摘  要:
以"中坪一号"野牛草为材料,研究低温胁迫对其幼苗叶片细胞膜透性和保护酶系统的影响。结果表明,低温胁迫对叶片细胞膜造成一定的损伤,胁迫时间越长细胞膜受到的伤害越大,但在一定限度的胁强下,叶片细胞膜不会造成永久性伤害。随低温胁迫时间的延长,叶片中SOD、POD和CAT活性均表现为先升高后降低的变化规律,但三种酶的变化有所不同。POD活性表现为波动较大,当胁迫持续到24h时,POD活性明显降低,几乎与对照持平,说明POD对低温更敏感;SOD活性一直保持较高的水平;CAT活性与SOD活性变化保持一致,这两种酶在低温适应性调节过程中表现出协同作用。

摘  要:
The effects of low temperature on cell membrane permeability and protective enzyme system in leaves of 'Zhongping No.1' buffalograss [Buchloe dactyloides(Nutt.) Engelm.] were studied.The results showed that the leaf cell membrane of buffalograss seedlings subjected to a certain degree of damage under low temperature stress.And the longer the stress time was,the greater the damage,the greater the relative conductivity.A certain stress would not cause permanent damage to leaf cell membrane.With the extension of the stress time,SOD,POD and CAT activity in buffalograss leaves increased at first under low temperature stress and then decreased late.The variation of enzyme activity was different among SOD,POD and CAT.Compared to control POD activity changed significantly,when the stress lasted for 24h,POD activity decreased and almost the same as the control,which showed that POD activity was sensitive to low temperature stress;changes of CAT and SOD activity were consistent,which indicated that CAT and SOD act in coordination in the process of regulation of low-temperature adaptation.
