气调库的有效快速降氧新模式研究

摘  要:
针对目前国内外气调库存在的常规普通充氮降氧速度缓慢、制氮机工作效率低下等问题,提出并建立了气调库内"先存后释"的有效快速降氧新模式。对新模式与普通降氧模式性能进行了比较分析,结果表明:该模式具有极为快速的降氧效果,降氧速度提高约3倍,降氧效率极大地提高,纯氮利用率由以往的6%提高到近100%。

摘  要:
The modes and the problems of rapid oxygen-consumed in control atmosphere(CA) storage were analyzed.A new mode which used for efficiently rapid oxygen-consumed in CA storage was established and compared with generic methods.The results showed that the rate and efficiency of oxygen-consumed by using the new mode increased quickly,the rate of oxygen-consumed increased 3 times,and the utilization ratio of the pure nitrogen rose from 6% to 100%.
