摘 要：
为了探讨乳黄消口服液消肿止痛的功效,试验将雌性昆明小鼠随机分为5组,即阴性对照组(灌服生理盐水)、阳性对照组(阿司匹林,5 mg/mL)、乳黄消口服液高(2 g/mL,0.4 mL)、中(2 g/mL,0.2 mL)、低(2 g/mL,0.1 mL)剂量组,通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀试验、棉球致小鼠肉芽肿试验、热板法镇痛试验、醋酸致毛细血管通透性试验和醋酸扭体试验来评价乳黄消口服液消肿止痛的效果。结果表明:与阴性对照组比较,乳黄消口服液高、中、低剂量组均显著抑制了肉芽肿的形成,热刺激产生的疼痛(给药60 min后),降低了毛细血管通透性(P<0.05);极显著抑制醋酸刺激产生的疼痛(P<0.01);在二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀试验中,乳黄消口服液高剂量组极显著地抑制了小鼠耳廓肿胀度(P<0.01),阳性对照组及乳黄消口服液中、低剂量组均显著抑制了小鼠耳廓肿胀度(P<0.05)。说明乳黄消口服液可明显抑制急慢性炎症和中枢性、外周性疼痛,具消肿止痛之功效。

摘 要：
The aim of this study was investigate the efficacy of Ru Huangxiao oral liquid for relieving swelling and pain. Female Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, negative control group(normal saline), positive control group(aspirin, 5 mg/mL), Ru Huangxiao oral liquid high dose group(2 g/mL,0.4 mL), medium does group(2 g/mL,0.2 mL) and low does group(2 g/mL,0.1 mL), to evaluate the analgesic effect of Ru Huangxiao oral liquid, the effects of xylene-induced auricle swelling test, cotton ball-induced granuloma test, hot-plate analgesia test, acetic acid-induced capillary permeability test and acetic acid torsion test were studied. The results showed that compared with the negative control group, each dose group of Ru Huangxiao oral liquid significantly inhibited the formation of granuloma, the pain caused by thermal stimulation of granuloma(60 min after administration), and reduced the capillary permeability(P<0.05), and significantly inhibited the pain caused by acetic acid stimulation(P<0.01). In the xylene induced auricle swelling test of mice, the high dose group of Ru Huangxiao oral liquid significantly inhibited the auricle swelling degree of mice(P<0.01), and the positive control group, the medium and low dose groups all significantly inhibited the degree of mice auricle swelling(P<0.05). The results showed that Ru Huangxiao oral liquid could obviously inhibit acute and chronic inflammation, central and peripheral pain, and had the effect of detumescence and analgesia.
