红地球葡萄果实中的钙素积累动态及补钙效果

摘  要:
为了解红地球葡萄果实发育期间果实的含钙水平 ,定期取样测定了果实的含钙量。同时用硝酸钙和氨基酸钙配合NAA进行了补钙试验。结果表明 :红地球葡萄花后 1~ 2周是需钙高峰期 ,用浸蘸果穗法补钙可提高果实的含钙量。但同时会使可溶性固形物含量降低。用 0 .5 %的氨基酸钙加 7.5mg/LNAA补钙 ,增加钙素水平的效果好 ,可溶性固形物含量降低幅度小。

摘  要:
Calcium levels in ‘Red Globe’ grape berries were determined termly. At the same time, trials on increasing calcium level with calcium nitrate, calcium amino acid and NAA were carried out . The results showed that 1~2 weeks after blooming was the peak period of calcium demand and soaking berry clusters in calcium solution could increase calcium content in berries, but the soluble solids content was reduced. Supplying 0.5% calcium amino acid plus 7.5mg/L NAA greatly increased the calcium level in berries, and decreased the lowering range of soluble solids content in berries.
