蛋白浓度对育成期蛋鸡啄羽行为和皮肤损伤的影响

摘  要:
海兰白羽蛋育成鸡150只,按照试验设计随机分3组,每组50只,每笼5只鸡。试验鸡只被饲养在14%、17%和19%三个不同的蛋白浓度质水平条件下。从第9周到第10周这个期间试验观察鸡只的啄羽行为,同时也研究啄羽行为的细节,试验观察记录被啄鸡只的身体皮肤部位。在观察期间对皮肤损伤状况进行评分。被啄鸡只的身体皮肤损伤部位主要是尾部皮肤(42.96%)、背部皮肤(22.26%)和头部皮肤(14.09%)。育成期蛋鸡的皮肤损伤评分的总分随着蛋白浓度增加呈下降趋势,鸡只的身体只是轻微损伤。

摘  要:
From 9 week to 10 week, 150 Hailan layers were assigned at random to groups of 5 individuals and distributed among 30 pens.They were kept in pens with three protein levels(14%, 17%, 19%).Feather pecking and its behaviour detail were observed in this study.We observed skin partitions ofbody pecked by laying hens.During the observation,the skin damage were scored. When feather pecking occurred, the main skin parts of body pecked by laying hens was followed by tail(42.96%), back(22.26%) and head(14.09%). The total score of damaged feather of laying hens was decreased with the increasing of protein concentration. But the damage of skin was little.
