混合液回流比对一体化组合系统脱氮除磷的影响及物料衡算分析

摘  要:
在污泥回流比r=100%条件下,分别设定混合液回流比R=100%、200%、300%和400%,试验研究了其对生物絮凝-水解酸化-A2/O一体化组合系统去除C、N、P的影响。结果表明:4种工况下出水COD均低于35mg/L,皆能达到1级A标准;TN平均去除率分别为53.23%,62.01%,71.95%,58.31%;TP的平均去除率分别为84.78%、87.77%、90.24%和87.26%。通过物料衡算发现,在最佳工况下,整个系统中有18.05%的TN是通过生物絮凝池去除的,有76.39%的TN是通过缺氧池去除的,另外好氧池对TN的去除十分有限,只占整个系统的5.56%。4种内回流比条件下反硝化除磷占除磷的百分比分别为:11.06%、22.86%、29.31%和24.56%。混合液回流比的改变对COD去除效率的影响不大,对氨氮去除效果也无明显差异,系统对总氮的去除效果随着混合液回流比的增大呈先上升后减小的趋势,混合液回流比的改变对除磷效果产生间接的影响,在R=100%~300%时,反硝化除磷效果随着混合液回流比的增大而增大,但是随着混合液回流比的进一步增大,除磷效果反而降低,综合考虑系统的去除COD和脱氮除磷效果,确定最优工况为混合液回流比R=300%。

摘  要:
Under the condition of sludge reflux ratio r=100%,the influence of the ratio of mixture reflux ratio on the removal of C,N and P was studied in combined process.The experimental results showed that under the four conditions,the effluent COD was lower than 35mg/L,the average removal rate of TN was 53.23%,62.01%,71.95%,respectively.The average removal rate of TP was 84.78%,87.77%,90.24%and 87.26%,respectively.The calculations showed that under the optimal conditions,18.05% of TN is removed by biological flocculation pool,76.39%of TN is removed by the anoxic aerobic pool.In addition,the removal of TN is very limited with only 5.56% of the whole system.The percentage of denitrifying phosphorus removal was 11.06%,22.86%,29.31%,and 24.56%under the four different conditions of the internal reflux ratio.The change of reflux ratio has little effect on the removal efficiency of COD and ammonia nitrogen,but the removal efficiency of TN and TP was increased with the increase of reflux ratio.In R=100%~300%,denitrifying phosphorus removal efficiency increases with the mixed liquid return ratio increases.But with further increase of the mixture reflux ratio,the phosphorus removal effect decreased.Considering the removal of COD and nitrogen and phosphorus removal,the optimal conditions for the mixed liquid reflux ratio is R=300%.
