摘 要:
为应对大型车辆维修和保养需求,针对大型车辆特点结合模块化设计理念,设计了一款组合式自平衡抱胎举升机.该文介绍了我国汽车维修使用的举升机设备发展情况,并总结了举升机现阶段的技术不足,结合大型车辆维修保养实际情况,设计了组合式自平衡抱胎举升机.经试验证实,该机具有灵活可靠、电气化程度高、升降控制精确、平衡性好等多重技术优势,适宜应用于货车、客车等大型车辆维修保养.

In order to cope with the needs of large vehicle repair and maintenance,a combined self-balancing tire lifter is designed for the characteristics of large vehicles combined with the modular design concept.The article introduces the development of China's automotive maintenance lifter equipment,and summarizes the technical shortcomings of the lifter at this stage,combined with the actual situation of large vehicle repair and maintenance,the design of a combined self-balancing tire lifter,confirmed by the test,the machine has a flexible and reliable,high degree of electrification,lifting and lowering control precision,good balance and other technical advantages,suitable for application in trucks,buses and other large vehicle repair and maintenance.It is suitable to be applied in the maintenance of large vehicles such as trucks and buses.
