Staphylococcal disease of broiler chickens is a common infectious environmental disease caused by Staphylococcus Aureus, which has caused great economic losses to broiler industry in recent years. It summarized the causes, clinical symptoms and pathological changes of broiler staphylococcosis, and then combined the eight principles syndrome differentiation,Zang-Fu syndrome differentiation,Wei-Qi-Ying-Xue syndrome differentiation and so on,to understand the clinical symptoms and pathological changes of diseased chickens from the viewpoint of traditional Chinese veterinary medicine. When exogenous pathogen invaded the heart, spleen and kidney of the body, the subcutaneous edema appeared, and the syndrome type turned into Yin deficiency syndrome. According to the syndrome differentiation of Wei-Qi-Ying-Xue,the typical symptoms of Wei-Fen,Qi-Fen,Ying-Fen and Xue-Fen appeared in sick chickens during the process of disease. Modified Sanhuang decoction,Jinpu powder and other prescriptions can be used for treatment.
