旋转回归法研究焙烧条件对某钙质磷矿活性的影响

摘 要:
利用旋转回归实验考察焙烧温度、焙烧时间和矿物粒径等因素对某钙质磷矿活性的影响,建立回归方程,并对其显著性进行检验。结果表明:某钙质磷矿的最佳焙烧条件为焙烧温度850~900℃,焙烧时间90 min,矿物粒径20 mm,在此条件下焙烧样品中w(活性氧化钙)约为16%。

摘 要:
The influences of roast temperature, roast time and mineral particle size on the activity of calciumphosphate are investigated by rotational regression experiment, regression equation is established and tested forsignificance. The results show that the optimum roast conditions of calcium phosphate are as follows: roasttemperature is at 850-900 ℃,roast time is 90 min, mineral particle size is 20 mm. The content of activecalcium oxide in roast sample is about 16% at optimum conditions.
