犬对速眠新敏感性的临床观察

摘  要：
用规格剂量 (0 .1 ml/ kg)速眠新分 2组对 31例病犬进行麻醉后的临床观察 ,根据用药后出现临床反应的时间来评估犬对该药的敏感性。试验表明 ,同品种犬在不同临床状态下对速眠新的敏感性差异极显著。在同一临床状态下 ,不同品种的犬对该药的敏感性差异极显著。

摘  要：
Observe two teams dogs that have been used Su Mianxian (846) of specification amout(0.1ml/kg) in the anaesthesia. We have appraised the dogs' sensibilisin acconding to the time of these appear clinical effect. The first experiment indicationed:the same breeds of dogs are very obviously to Su Mianxin(846) at the different clinical effect(P<0.1),The second experiment indicationed:the different breeds of dogs is very obviously to Su Mianxin(846)at the same clinical effect(P<0.1).
